Gästebuch Tabelle verkleinern?

    Hi, kann mir bitte jemand helfen die Größe der Tabellen zu ändern.

    Zur erklärung bitte mal auf

    schauen.
    Da kann man sehen das mein Gästebuch etwas zu groß ist für das Inlineframe.

    Wie kann ich das anpassen?
