problem mit dem menü

hallo...!

ich habe folgendes problem...mein menü bewegt sich jedesmal, wenn ich einen langen text schreibe...ich habe alles mögliche versucht und komm nicht weiter...bin nur ein armseliger html anfänger

Dies ist nur nen test für die schrift aber ich komm damit nicht klar...die navigationsbar bewgt sich i-wie immer mit!die soll aber soo bleiben wie sie ist...
