Du hast scheinbar den ordner im Filesystem gelöscht, das Produkt aber nicht sauber deinstalliert, das solltest du ggf. manuell nachholen.
ZMi aufrufen, in portal_transform die bbcode_to_html transform löschen, im /Control_Panel/Products das Produkt löschen, und Zope neustarten, wenn es dann noch fehler gibt, das Produkt nochmal neu installieren, und im Quickinstaller nachsehen ob es da installiert ist, und löschen.
