Honeypot is a recruiting marketplace for developers and innovative tech startups. Our aim is to switch the power dynamic of traditional recruiting , cut out headhunters and give power to developers. On Honeypot, companies apply directly to developers, with salary and tech stack up front.
How does Honeypot work?
After creating a profile and having your code checked, you will become visible to companies in a “batch”. A batch is a three week period during which time companies can request an interview with you. The batch is designed to make your job hunt shorter and more efficient. In the interview invite, they must send salary and tech stack details. You can accept or reject interview invites, choosing to proceed only with those companies who are most interesting to you!
