    [FONT=&amp]ABOUT THE JOB:[/FONT]

    [FONT=&amp] Your main task will be creating Training modules in the form of videos, interactive e-learning, powerpoint presentations and assessments. If you are interested in the subject, please refer to the section on the topic. This is the first step in the process. [/FONT]

    [FONT=&amp]You'll be based in Dortmund, Germany but working remotely up to 60% is a potential for the right candidate. [/FONT]


    [FONT=&amp]As Creative training creator your main responsibilities will include:[/FONT]


    • Gather and outline training
    • Decide on delivery method and product training modules in form of

      • Video (majority)
      • E-learning
      • Presentation
      • Assessment
    • Help set training modules standard guidelines and creation processes
    • Help create the visual design for the learning academy

    [FONT=&amp]We are looking for passion rather than experience. A willingness to learn, interest in training and good networking skills are the top 3 things we would like to see from you. In terms of experience or education graphic / visual design is a big plus. [/FONT]

    • Graphic / visual design skills
    • Instructional design knowledge
    • Experience with video editing software (eg Camtasia or Dreambroker)
    • Ability to create well-functioning presentations in PowerPoint
    • Knowledge about extended purchase to pay or financial processes
    • Ability to network in global companies
    • Ability to work well independently

    [FONT=&amp]To be successful in this role you need to have a good verbal and written communication skills in English. We are in contact with our international colleagues on a daily basis and English is our official language. The material you need will be in English or German, so you'll need to be comfortable writing both languages in a professional context. [/FONT]
